In my English class we were talking about hitting girls. Some people were saying that if they hit you first you should be able to hit back. Personally I feel that guys shouldn't be able to hit girls. I feel that it is terrible thing to do. I think that the punishments should be more enforced then they already are. It doesn't matter if you and your partner get in a fight. I feel that it is the wrong way to go if this ever happened.

How do you feel about hitting girls?

Quite frankly I've had enough of uniforms. "Take the sweater off.", "Button it up." Seriously? If it's 90 degrees in the classroom and your poor school can't afford air conditioning, don't tell us to put our uniforms on. If it's 60 degrees, and we are freezing, don't tell us to take the sweaters off.

I've noticed that all the "specialized" schools in NYC don't have uniforms, while some normal schools do. Maybe it's a conspiracy, but I see it as a stereotype. We are stupid, so we must wear uniforms. Is that right? We are not smart enough to wear our own clothes? We must follow your stupid school rules just so the school rating goes up?

"Health first?" Not. If looking organized to no one but yourselves is more important than a student's health, you might as well change it to, "We are adults. You are children." Then again, the school DOES contain some 18+ students, so that is out of the picture.

Today in "muster" -- a time at the beginning of school when we all come together --  this visitor came to our school and began to blabber about black power and segregation, and about how much suffering African American have had to endure. I  feel pity for what African American have gone through, but today some have learned nothing about their ancestors heinous experiences and have decide to become attackers themselves.

Teens nowadays are starting to become sexually active at such a young age.  Some, believe it or not, at the age of 11! It angers me though to know that such young kids that should be playing with toys and stuff are starting to do adult things.  I don't know why they are doing it; is it like a game to them? Does it make them cooler to say "Oh i had sex."?  Before a kid talking about sex was never heard of.  They were never told about the consequences about it or were educated about it.  Why are our teens taking risks while their being educated? Is it because that we are being talked about sex that teens have decided to start doing it?  Should we have been told about it?

In DEAR yesterday, we had an advisory session. We talked about the Bible and how people don't follow all the rules in there. It started off with the topic of liking someone so much, then finding out that they are either gay or lesbian. Some people said they would be hurt and would stop talking to them or treat them rudely. But when people say words like "faggot," it somewhat offends me, not only on my behalf but on my friends' behalf too. Boys have problems with two gay men walking down the street, but they have no problem with lesbians kissing each other. From boys to then call people "faggots," it's ridiculous. Besides that, the last time I checked, the meaning of faggot is:

Faggot:

  • bind or tie up in or as if in a faggot; "faggot up the sticks"
  • faggot: a bundle of sticks and branches bound together

It doesn't make sense to call someone a name like that if you don't know the true meaning. So people should think before they speak when they say these words.;

P.S. Thank you for apologizing yesterday, Sadiq! :D

This is a question that most people wonder about and most never get to answer. Usually, people are able to predict this if they are held at gunpoint or if they have a disease and a professional was able to tell them when they will die because of the disease. Death is an interesting topic because it is something that is irreversible and what most people are curious about. When people think about death, they wonder if they get to go to hell or heaven, at what age they will die, and obviously how. For myself, I always hope that I will die old enough to have had children, seen them grow into adulthood, educated them, and lived to see my grandchildren. I always wonder what the outcome of my death would be and how it might affect others. But, if you think about it, your own death doesn't affect you because right after it, you are gone. Nothing more will be left for you and you won't be able to miss anyone, unless of course, there is an after life.

I have yet to understand some of these people who call themselves Christians. People that go to regular churches, sit there, listen to the Word, and go home reflecting on what they've heard, are so quick to judge people. One topic that comes to mind in particular is homosexuality. I know, as a Christian, that homosexuality is a sin in God's eyes, but where do people get off talking about them as if they are not human?! This highly upsets me because some of these "Christians" are so damn hypocritical. They have a LOT of nerve walking around cursing, yelling, and screaming, verbally abusing the homosexuals, then going back to church to clap and praise God for all he has done and stuff like that. To sit here and read the Bible that basically says that people shouldn't be wicked to one another, and then to physically, emotionally, and mentally hurt someone is absolutely ridiculous. I can't stand sitting around and watching these "Christians" ridicule someone for what they believe and obviously feel strong about. It urks me and makes me want to say something in the protection of the homosexual.

Let me just get some things out of the way.
1) Naruto does not belong to me. The entire Naruto franchise belongs to Masashi Kishimoto.
2) The pictures used in this post came from onemanga.com, thanks to SleepyFans, for the scans
3) that's about it, i guess....

    Okay, now that that's out of the way. Those of you out there who've been keeping up with the Naruto manga, have most likely read or at least heard about the new chapter. The basics, Naruto gets carried back to Konoha by Kakashi ^\\, where he is greeted by the entire village that shunned and hated him as a child, now cheering and praising him. Meanwhile, the most important part of the chapter (in my opinion) was the big meeting between the Daimyo of the Fire Country, his advisors (I think), the two elders of Konoha, Shikaku, an ANBU and of course, Danzo, in a the council room. Oh yeah, and the cloud nins arrive at Konoha, but they don't matter. Then there's the whole Tsunade's-in-a-coma-and-we-don't-know-when-or-if-she'll-wake-up thing.

    Anyway, the Daimyo was there to set up a budget for the rebuilding of Konoha and everyone

Something that is very common is child abuse.  It's hard to believe that just like there are loving and good parents, there are bad ones too.  Many work them pyschologically making them believe that evrything they is wrong.  Some beat their kids to the point of death.  What i want to learn is what causes them to beat their kids.  And also, why some good parents turn into bad ones.

    Vampire novels have been popping up like crazy. In book stores there's whole sections devoted to just vampire books. But classics are good to read some times and Dracula is a great start to vampires.  One of my favorite vampire novels  is Twilight.  This is also a vampire book. There's a difference between these vampires though.  In Dracula the vampires have sharp teeth, red glowing eyes, could walk on walls, and suck human blood with the abilities to control the weather around them and transform into any shape and size. There are limitations to them to, they can't enter a house without being invited the first time, no sun light, hate holy things and can't cross running water. In Twilight they don't have sharp teeth, can have red or amber eyes, can climb up things, can suck human or animal blood, some have special abilities. Instead of being weakened in sunlight they sparkle and holy things have no effect on them. There are other things these vampires can do and are restricted to do, but the main things is that they are different.

srry peps change my mind he is major cute lolzzzz even though im down to earth lolzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

I took this in my yard and tried to capture the sun in a different spot. I thought the way the sun turned out was pretty cool. The dandelion looks great too! Enjoy! :)

Nobody should ever walk home alone. Yah, sure it might be cool that you get to walk home alone with all of your friends. But seriously is coolness really more important than your life??Ask yourself that ;

Vote and tell me what you would do:

Either walk home alone and be unsafe or...

be safe and ask if your friends mom can come with you(just to be safe)

With  all of these things happening in the world you can never be to safe right??????;-)

I don't understand the whole epidemic dealing with being bisexual. And also, I don't think that you're really bi.  Either you like boys or you like girls if you're a guy or girl. There are some people who actually think that they're bi, and that's their own personal thing.  A lot of people now are coming out of nowhere and saying, "Oh I'm bisexual."

What crap is that? Seriously? No you're not. You just want people to notice you, and so you say some crap like that. This whole bisexual epidemic is annoying.  I'll put money on it that 40% of the people who claim they are bi are actually not, and are mistaken for saying that.

There could be some people who actually are bisexual, although I don't really think that's real. To me, either you're gay or straight. There's no grey.

Well first of, I am against people who cut themselves. I see no point of doing it what so ever. I mean life has ups and downs. You have to deal with it. Life isnt supposed to be perfect and dandy. You are supposed to pass through bad grades, break-ups, embaressment, deaths, etc. Just because  you break  the point of your pencil, you are going to cut yourself? NO! just get up and go sharpen it. Im NOT saying that people who do cut there selves, do it for the tiniest reasons but when you fall, you get up and act like nothing happpened or just laugh it off. Same with life. If someone very close dies, you have to let it pass by. You may cry and it may seem like the world is ending, but people come and go. And that doesnt go only to when you are moving to a new school. I mean I stopped a girl from cutting herself before it was too late. She had already started to cut herself. I stopped her because I cared for her. I also did it because mean while cutting yyourself you could reach a point where you cut a vien and guess what? You just died. Your viens on your wrist are very delicate.
