Are You Sure This Is Music?

Music is my life and I love it so much. Well to be exact, music defines me and i listen to all types of music or all genres. Music is like a necessity in life and everyone enjoys listening to it. From rock to hip - hop to other international music. This is a hobby and a passion that we as humans decide to accept.

Music is a masterpiece in life without it, we are nothing. Everyone in the world contributes to this masterpiece. When a new artist creates music he or she is adding to this eternal piece of art that will never expire. Music is such a universal aspect in life where people can express their feelings towards something or just express themselves in such a way, where we can see what the real message is. Because of music it has been possible for us to enjoy, not only that but also see everyday events, objects and places in a different perspective.

I am really big when it comes to music and I love listening to it. Music is another world that when you step into it, you can never get out. I always listen to music for just about every occasion. I listen to all music or at least try it once ever. No matter what, music will always remain the same to me. So then I began to get into music i never heard before, something new and awesome, something that I did not thought ever existed..

I remember when I got into Screamo during August, this summer. I was searching in youtube for new bands that I would put in my mp3. Then I remembered about a band that I used to like a lot. The band that I was searching for was HawthorneHeights, so I looked at the search results and I found one of my favorite songs by them called "Ohio is for Lovers." After i clicked on the video and watched it, of course I loved it so much. I was browsing at the Related Searches tab and then found someone who had posted My Top 5 Emo/Screamo Bands. The video started playing and I got kind of excited to watch it, by the end of the video, I found new bands that I really liked. So then I went straight to downloading them right away and put so many Screamo bands and then songs that I liked and even other songs that they made. Now I love Screamo and I am so into that type of music and I like listening to it all the time. I listen to Screamo while I am on the bus, and even when I do my homework. People usually say that Screamo is noisy and very annoying, but I oppose because it may sound crazy, but the lyrics make sense to me and I like the composing of the music. Personally, i listen to all types of music, from Hip-hop to even Metal, etc. Screamo is so unique and maybe that can be another reason why I really like it.

Screamo rocks "hard", when I listen to it I can feel anger, pain and sorrow being released from my system. Well there once was a time where I thought music was not that important and maybe just listened to it, just for the heck of it. But my perspective and my way of thinking changed when...

Well, as you can see music is not really blasting in my headphones, is more like at a moderate volume. What I mean when I say music blasting in my headphones, would mean that the music that I am playing has such a powerful meaning that it seems as though it could be even heard throughout the whole world. Music is always "blasting in my headphones", the music that I listen to, usually has very meaningful lyrics. Sometimes I can even relate to the song's lyrics and some songs make so much sense to me no matter how weird the lyrics are. I will never forget the day when I really got close to music by the lyrics of a song. I was on the bus listening to a song which I can't remember, but then that song finished. I was browsing at the list of songs and see what I even have it on my mp3 player. I was listening carefully to the lyrics of the song and I realized that they were very true about life (if you looked at it in the lead-singer's perspective.) The song's name is Misery Love Its Company by The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, so I wondered how they really came up with this song. To me it really doesn't matter how bands really come up with songs, and even if I never find out why do they even make the song up I really appreciate it that they even go through the trouble of even making their songs so meaningful. Misery Loves Its Company really talks about life itself and how people really are in real life and how it really is, also it says what people really need to do to take all this hate out of our bodies'. This song makes so much song even though the lyrics vaguely explain what's going on, but if you think outside the box you might realize that it's true what his song is "speaking" to us. From that day I realized that lyrics can be powerful from a song that doesn't even make the slightest of sense that's why today I not only chose songs by their sound, but by their true meaning this is the reason why music is always "blasting in my headphones". 

Music is really a beautiful creation of art that I wouldn't exchange for the world. So many up-coming artists these days that understand people and the way they feel, usually making a song for a different occasion. I really got in to a band that I will never stop listening to at all. I always wished of writing a short biography about them and finally i can, see what they are made of...

Paramore is like my favorite Rock band ever. Paramore plays pop-funk, powerpop, Emo and Alternative Rock, which is good because I like bands that play diverse music and not just one genre (all though it may seem like they do, they really don't if you know your genres.) Paramore originally formed in 2004 by lead guitarist Josh Farro, drummer Zac Farro, bassist Jeremy Davis and vocalist Hayley Williams. Paramore got their name due to one of the bassist's maiden name and when they learned what the word paramour really meant, they decided to leave the name with the Paramore spelling. Paramore's debut album was All We Know Is Falling which was released on July 25, 2005 with the single Pressure. The other two songs that were released were Emergency and All We Know.  On June 12, 2007, Paramore released their album Riot! , which sold around 44,000 copies in the first week. The first single for Riot! , was Misery Business which was release in June 21, 2007. Hallelujah, another single was released on July 30, 2007, Crushcrushcrush was released on October 11, 2007 and that's what you Get was released on March 24, 2007 (all of them are good songs, too.) Well, that's just a brief history of their albums and songs that debuted. Paramore just makes songs that have meaningful "attitude", and they rock out all the time, they never stop impressing me with their awesome songs.

What can i say about Paramore? Well, that's a good question and I really don't know how I can answer this one at all. Music is everything in this world combined in to different genres and of course lyrics. Sometimes we go through tough times and we can stand the pressure, pain, etc, and maybe there are different ways to release it or calm down, such as music. The time i got in to Screamo is something I will never forget because you might just find some kind of music that you never expected to listen to and maybe it might understand you better than what you think. Also, the time when i figured out that music really has deeper meaning to it than you think (maybe you should try listening closely to the lyrics or maybe just even look them up.) Paramore is awesome, a band that expresses just what they feel and make a song out of it that people can relate to. Music is something that will keep going on for as long as the world lives. One day you can try not to be yourself and listen to music you never heard because maybe then you can find something new.
