Music is everywhere and there is no way to get away from it, in cars, elevators, stores. To each person music might mean a different thing. To me, music is life.
Music is how I get through a lot of things. It can make you feel so many different feelings. It can bring joy, make you think, make you feel sad, or even give you energy. How can music do all these things? Well it's the combination of the lyrics the beat and the singers voice. I like all types of music as long as I feel something when i hear it. I like r&b, rap, hi-hop, pop, country, punk and some more types of genres.
Unlike me, many people hate certain types of music. Two songs could have the same lyrics, but how they are said makes all the difference. This brings questions to my mind, like why do you hate certain types of genres? How does the music you like make you feel? Why do you like the music that you do listen to?

hey
hey i read your blog and i really do agree with you...
I try not to hate music...but i hate admit it sometimes i do...but it's based on the lyrics because it can be really nasty..you know how some songs they would talk about sex and how they can easily get it and then the next day they would just leave the person or something...or when they just sing about something thats really messed up..
thats the only time i hate music though but even though the lyrics can be hateful the music can be nice too...
im sorry i just had to get that out... and you are right music motivates people emtionally, physically, and mentally.. and its amazing how it can do that...
I agree
I really agree with what you had to say. Music can send many feelings all throughout your body. A sad song can bring tears to your eyes meanwhile a song with a faster beat can make yi want to get up nd dance,
When there are songs about sex I don't hate those songs, yes I also think they are kind of nasty, but the beat is what catches m attention. Some times songs like these influence people because they want to act the way their favorite sings about. This is what I hate because I don't think music should influence your actions, so when people do what they hear I think they should make a smarter move.
