Do ghosts really exist?

I've never really had a strong opinion on whether ghosts do or don't exist. I remember wondering about it a lot when I was little, but my opinion was easily swayed by either a scary story, or others' opinions. Now that I've grown up a little, I do believe that ghosts might actually exist. It is a matter of personal beliefs but I believe in things that can't be seen for example god, so why not a ghost?

In fact, ghosts don't really scare me any more.. I mean, I might freak out when I actually see (or communicate?) with a ghost, but like you said in your post, they might be just there because they can't move on to the next stage even when they're dead, so they might actually have to be sympathized, dont you think.

True, ghosts are exaggerated in movies, books, and in so many other ways, but they are not that strange once you come to believe the existence of the invisible. Wow i sound like a.. Witness of Jehovah or something (no offense). But anyways, I've heard from somewhere that those invisible beings are actually all around us most of the time. So they might be right behind you as you're reading this!

 I don't believe in ghosts.  Once a man dies, he can't come back to life as some sort of supernatural being.  According to my religion, Islam, once a man dies, his body and soul are separated.  

However, there exists another being, apart from humans, which are called Jinns.  We believe that God created the Angels from light, the humans from mud, and the Jinns from fire.  Jinns are super beings that are invisible to man.  They have extraordinary powers such as shape shifting and possessing humans.  There are good jinns and bad jinns.  They are just like us as there are Muslim jinns, Christian jinns, and so on.  Lol those are some Islamic beliefs so don't get freaked out.  We all have our opinions and beliefs and at the end that's what really matters.

Ghost are so not real.There are no evidence only hypothesis that conclude that a ghost excisted at the place. But those are just theories. I will not believe in ghosts until I see them which I hope I do not.

totally agree with you!!! :D + it would be really weird 4 a undead person to live in your home! weird & creepy& scary & just WRONG!!! 

i think i believe in ghosts, i once wanted to be special and see ghosts like some people can. Like for example i see ghost whisperer everyday! i don't miss it at all! that's my favorite show, i really like seeing shows about ghosts the episodes that they give in ghost whisperer are really sad sometimes in the end i start to cry because it's just soo sad!

i really dont know if i beleive in ghosts. sometimes i do sometimes i do so its kind of like an on and off thing. like once i went to virginia and its supposedly the most haunted state in america and there was a ghost tour at first i was all for it cause i thought it was fake  but then i didnt know if it was real or not so five minutes after the tour i was a whimp and started crying so i left with my mom to go to gap. my sisters stayed  i dont know if they saw anything though so yea

Hey it's me Samina. I think that ghosts do exsist but sometimes it's not that true but I really do think there are ghosts in our world where we are living.

There is no such thing as ghosts! Only demons, angels, evil spirits, etc! But there is no such thing as ghosts!!! Ghosts are all in people's head because they are traumitized of something that might of happened in the past. For example, if you see a scary movie once you are done watching it those things stay in your mind and you begin to ponder "OMG I better get home quickly because I never know if someone is stalking me or something!". So as you can see, it is all in your head there is no such thing as ghosts and there is no actual proof of ghosts!

Sometimes we can't see things doesn't mean there not real. I don't have proof or anything, but I think ghosts or spirits (more accurate) exist. The are energy, soemtimes they don't cause any disturbances. But there have been ghosts that tore families and lives apart. Its understandable that since, you never saw a ghost, you don't believe in them. But a ghost is known as a spirit that comes back, after death. The reason is similar to our feelings. They come back when they didn't finish something or get soemthing they wanted. It would make more sense if you saw ghost investigations. Nice post :]
